Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job on my new countertops and sink installation. It’s just such a pleasure to look at my kitchen now since the mini-makeover.

I want to let you know (in writing) what a positive experience this whole project has been for me. Thank you for sending me Josef, too. He has such a great “can-do” attitude that he is a star in the area of customer service. When he came to install the new sink, he asked a lot of questions about function that I didn’t even consider and by doing so, demonstrated a great deal of understanding and competence in his field of plumbing. There is no question that you are sending out someone with experience and common sense! I am very pleased with how he set-up my sink and I truly feel he went the extra mile for me.

I have willingly given out your name to others already because of what a great job you all have done and I will continue to do so. Please feel free to use any part of my letter as a reference, if need be in the future. Carissa, you certainly earned high marks from me and I would definitely hire Ciccarello & Son for any additional work.
